Applying for the Recitals

  1. You must be a member of MTAC Santa Clara to enroll students in the recital.
  2. Teachers may submit applications for two students (or ensembles). A third application may be considered if there is room on the recital program.
  3. Submit an application for each student. You must apply online - telephone and mail applications cannot be accepted.

  4. An online application form must be received by the 20th of the month before the recital.
  5. The fee for participation in the recital is $15 for a single performer, or $10 per performer for duets or ensembles.
    The time limit for a performance is 7 minutes. The fee is doubled for a performance longer than 7 minutes, up to 10 minutes.
    A single piece over 10 minutes may be arranged by special permission from the recital chairperson.
    A check payable to "MTAC" must be sent to the recital chairperson by the 20th of the month before the recital. If a check is not received, the student will not be allowed to participate in the recital.
