All teachers who are planning to enroll students in the Certificate of Merit program must attend the orientation meeting. There will be two orientation-meeting times offered.
The first is Wednesday, September 13 at 9:30 a.m.
The second is Sunday, September 17 at 4:00 p.m.
Meetings will be held at Lincoln Glen Church, 2700 Booksin Avenue, San Jose 95125.
DATES TO REMEMBER
October 1 – October 31 is the Enrollment period. Enrollment closes at 5PM on October 31.
Upon close of enrollment the parents of your students will be able to access the website and pay the CM fee directly.
November 1 – 10 is the period when a parent can go online and pay the CM enrollment fee. If the fee is NOT paid by November 10 at 5PM, they are automatically dropped from the program.
January 15 is the deadline for entering repertoire for ALL sections.
